Renew your Spirit and align with the energy of Spring at the Grounded Woman mini retreat. With Spring comes renewal, pure feminine expression and the essence of creativity. Whilst Winter traditionally offered space for hibernation, society now gives us little chance to have a break over this time. Perhaps Winter has left you feeling a little tired and depleted and seeking a fresh start. This Grounded Woman mini retreat will support you to slow down, tend to your body, trust your intuition and invite fun back into your flow of life. Gem will be welcoming special guest facilitators to this mini retreat to share their creative medicine. During the mini retreat you will receive: - personally tailored support as the mini retreat is capped at 14 women - the opportunity to explore gentle feminine embodiment, using movement and breath to somatically release stress and tension - learn to let go as you are guided through an intuitive creativity session with guest facilitator, Laura Roberts - experience embodied meditation including the invitation for a walking meditation and kundalini meditation to activate your intuition - receive beautiful live music from our second guest facilitator, Bianca Cloe, as you allow your body to sink into restorative yin yoga poses - a deeply restorative yoga nidra to give your mind and body space to receive nourishment and tend to your nervous system Gem holds space with care, nature and a trauma-informed approached.
