Women's meditation circle

Service Description

There is nothing quite as potent than when women gather with sacred intention. Womens’ meditation circles are an opportunity for you to come exactly as you are; messy, graceful, empowered, angry, at a loss, joyful, sad, confused, in a transition. No prior meditation experience is necessary. We’ll move through different modalities such as kundalini meditation, movement meditation, inner child work, and so on. We sat in circle for generations; we fostered womens’ business, we passed down rituals to each generation, we listened to our intuition, and honoured the inner and outer cycles of the Feminine way. In fact, we were so powerful and so in tune with the whispers of wisdom within us that the patriarchy sort to dismember this very way of being. We were silenced, we were burnt at the stake, we were beaten down and conditioned to be “good girls”. We were taught that the safer option of existence was to conform, to disconnect from our bodies and womb, to cut down any other woman who was different and to make ourselves small. But you are not small, sister. In the words of Rumi, you are not a drop in the ocean, you are the entire ocean in one drop. It is time. It’s time to sit in circle and remember why you’re here, right now, at this time. It’s time to start forging new patterns, new stories, for you and for your daughters, and for your grand-daughter. It’s time to awaken your womb-heart connection, your intuition and the true power of your sovereign feminine essence. So, do you feel the call?
