Settle into the comfort of your own home and join me online for a nourishing workshop where you'll learn how to create heartfelt, calming gift with essential oils. Together we'll explore the soothing properties of essential oils, how to safely blend them, and craft natural creations that carry your unique intention and care. This is more then a gift making class, it's also a chance to slow down with gentle yoga to start, a chance to reconnect to your senses, and infuse presence into gift that nurture both the giver and receiver. You'll be guided through a step by step process of how to make mists, perfumes and bath salts. You'll also receive a simple list of oils and materials prior to the workshop. By the end of the workshop you'll have your own handcrafted blends to share or to keep as a reminder to slow down in your everyday.
